Job Overview
We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our Domestic Banking Process team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell various banking products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to customers showcasing banking products and services.
- Effectively communicate the features, advantages, and current offers of banking products.
- Generate qualified leads and successfully convert calls into confirmed sales.
- Consistently achieve set daily and monthly sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and meticulously update call logs.
Candidate Requirements
- Open to both freshers and candidates with prior experience.
- Proficient communication skills in both Hindi and English languages.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to handle software applications.
- Prior experience in telesales or BPO sectors is a desirable advantage.
Additional Information
This position offers a monthly salary range between ₹13,000 and ₹23,000 based on experience and performance.
