Role Overview

As a Coffee Host, you will embody traditional Arabic hospitality by warmly welcoming guests and serving Arabic coffee and refreshments. You will maintain professional standards ensuring guests enjoy attentive and culturally respectful service consistent with Shangri-La's values.

Key Duties

• Prepare and present Arabic coffee, dates, and refreshments to visitors and guests.
• Greet guests cordially, upholding superior standards of hospitality and etiquette.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and proper stock levels in the coffee service area.
• Provide exemplary beverage service during VIP visits, meetings, and special occasions.
• Adhere to strict hygiene, safety, and presentation protocols representing the brand professionally.

Candidate Profile

• Familiarity with Arabic coffee traditions and hospitality customs.
• Fluency in Arabic language.
• Neat professional appearance with keen attention to detail.
• Confidence interacting with VIPs and senior executives.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-paced hospitality setting.
• Team player with a positive and inviting demeanor.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and special events.
• Previous guest-facing or hospitality experience preferred.
