Cluster Sales Manager - Gold Loans

Job Overview

We are searching for a motivated Cluster Sales Manager to lead and inspire sales teams across multiple branches focusing on Gold Loan business around Kanyakumari. This role involves building effective field teams, driving strong business growth, and managing results across the assigned cluster.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new KYC business acquisition for Gold Loans throughout the assigned cluster.
• Recruit and nurture Sales Executives at each branch, supporting their field-based growth.
• Manage a team of 8 to 10 Feet on Street (FOS) Executives.
• Distribute targets, monitor progress, and ensure timely attainment of sales and business objectives.
• Travel regularly within the cluster to oversee reviews, conduct meetings, and facilitate training sessions.
• Analyze market dynamics to pinpoint strategic focus areas and plan business initiatives accordingly.
• Hold frequent team reviews to enhance lead quality, generate new leads, and boost overall sales performance.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience managing and leading teams is essential.
• Proven background in sales, preferably direct sales.
• Fluency in the local language for seamless communication.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Strong people management skills with a problem-solving and negotiation mindset.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with 2 to 6 years of experience in Gold Loan or banking-related field sales products are highly preferred.

Educational Requirements

Applicants should possess any recognized college degree.
