Job description
Position Overview
The Cluster Human Resources Executive role involves assisting in overseeing employee relations, support for management in HR issues, compliance monitoring for hiring processes, and maintaining employee records. The position supports the leadership team by handling employee concerns and ensuring adherence to company policies and legal standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in tracking and resolving employee relations matters with follow-up.
- Support management and leadership in addressing human resources issues.
- Oversee recruitment and hiring procedures for adherence to local, state, federal laws, and company standards.
- Communicate employee relations, activities, and personnel policies to staff members.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee documentation including interview records and eligibility verification.
- Help coordinate logistics and scheduling for annual employee surveys.
- Respond promptly to telephonic inquiries and messages.
- Support management in processes including hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, counseling, and coaching of employees.
- Adhere to and promote compliance with company safety, security policies, and report incidents or unsafe conditions to managers.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
- Greet and interact with guests according to company standards.
- Use professional communication methods including telephone etiquette.
- Cultivate and maintain positive team relationships to achieve common objectives.
- Operate computer systems and point of sale systems to access work-related information.
- Physically handle objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Minimum education requirement: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least one year of relevant work experience in human resources or related field.
- At least one year supervisory experience.
- No specific license or certification required.
