Client Service Associate

Role Overview

Become the welcoming presence at our offices as a Client Service Associate, delivering outstanding support and fostering positive client interactions. This position involves actively engaging with clients, scheduling and confirming appointments, following up with both prospective and previous clients, distributing promotional content, and maintaining client engagement during waiting periods.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and assist clients visiting the office.
• Confirm and arrange client appointments efficiently.
• Maintain client engagement by following up with past and potential clients.
• Distribute marketing materials to enhance client awareness.
• Keep clients occupied and informed while they wait.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong skills in interpersonal communication and interaction.
• Experience working in busy retail or customer service settings preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and competence in troubleshooting common issues.
• Prior work experience in customer service or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm to learn and develop within a client-focused role.
