Responsibilities

• Prepare individual, trust, and partnership tax returns with accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide outstanding and personalized customer service to clients in a fast-paced setting.
• Engage with clients to explain tax processes and answer queries professionally.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax regulations and compliance standards.

Requirements

• At least two seasons of hands-on experience preparing individual, trust, and partnership tax returns.
• Strong passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive and maintain composure in a fast-moving work environment.
• Basic proficiency with computer operations and software.
• Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new systems and regulations.
• Background experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxation is advantageous.
