Role Overview
We seek a full-time Cleaning Team Leader to oversee cleaning operations at Catherine McAuley Catholic College. This position covers shifts from Monday to Friday, 2pm to 10pm, and involves leadership as well as hands-on assistance for teams working within educational environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support cleaning staff at designated sites.
- Perform quality inspections, ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards.
- Help assign tasks, conduct inductions, and provide coaching during work.
- Maintain clear communication between cleaning teams and management.
- Assist with scheduling, monitor attendance, and coordinate workflow efficiently.
- Uphold high standards of appearance and service quality.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience in supervising cleaning teams or similar leadership roles.
- Excellent communication abilities and skills in managing personnel.
- High standards of personal presentation and a strong focus on safety protocols.
- Right to work in Australia.
- Current Police Check clearance.
- Essential Working With Children Check.
