About the Role
Quayclean Australia Pty Ltd seeks a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our People & Culture team. This critical position drives how we attract, engage, and recruit exceptional talent across the company with a focus on evolving our recruitment methods, supported by a recently implemented Applicant Tracking System, aiming for a centralized and proactive talent acquisition strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment within assigned operational portfolios initially covering three states, alongside responsibility for permanent national recruitment.
- Collaborate with operational and executive leaders to assess current and upcoming workforce demands.
- Create and nurture proactive talent pipelines addressing business growth, seasonal peaks, major events, and new contracts.
- Plan and execute large-scale recruitment campaigns.
- Recruit leadership, permanent, and contract management positions at a national level.
- Oversee daily use, governance, and administration of the new Applicant Tracking System.
- Manage recruitment advertising platforms such as SEEK, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
- Conduct candidate screening, shortlisting, interviewing, offering, and ensure recruitment compliance.
- Develop and sustain employee and operational referral pipelines.
- Monitor recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, vacancies, turnover, and associated costs.
- Leverage recruitment data and analysis to enhance processes and candidate experience.
- Support initiatives to build a diverse workforce reflective of the communities served.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Background in high-volume, blue-collar, or operational recruitment.
- Experienced in hiring professional, leadership, or salaried roles.
- Track record in delivering bulk recruitment drives or facilitating workforce mobilisations.
- Strong stakeholder engagement with the ability to partner effectively with operational leaders.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems or similar recruitment platforms.
- Capable of balancing multiple recruitment projects and competing deadlines.
- Excellent organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset.
- Interest in recruitment analytics, systems, and continual process improvements.
Experience with Humanforce software is advantageous but not mandatory.
