Job description
Role Overview
This position involves performing cleaning tasks predominantly during night shifts, maintaining cleanliness standards as per management's directions.
Core Duties
- Maintain excellent cleanliness as required by supervisory instructions.
- Operate and maintain cleaning tools and equipment properly.
- Foster positive relationships with clients present at the service locations.
- Address client inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties assigned by management.
Candidate Expectations
- Prior experience in manual cleaning tasks is essential.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills are necessary.
- Competent in reading and speaking English.
