Job Overview

As a Cleaner at OCS, you will be integral in maintaining safe and hygienic environments that foster productive workplaces. This role requires you to perform practical cleaning duties, ensuring all areas are tidy and sanitary.

Working Pattern

The schedule consists of working from 7 AM to 5 PM for four days, followed by shifts from 11 AM to 8 PM for four days.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring workspaces and communal areas are kept orderly and clean, including floors and shared spaces.
• Engaging in physically demanding tasks such as vacuuming carpets where applicable, sweeping, mopping as needed, emptying waste bins, and possibly cleaning washrooms.
• Operating in open or public areas during day or night shifts may involve interaction with customers to assist with cleaning-related queries or report any issues.
• Completion of all health and safety documentation and participation in relevant training sessions is mandatory.

Candidate Requirements

• You must have legal authorization to work in the United Kingdom.
• A smartphone is required to use OCS's Timegate Time and Attendance system for clocking in/out and managing cleaning task entries.
• Previous cleaning experience is beneficial, though comprehensive training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and diligence in task completion are essential.
