Cleaner - Residential Blocks

Position Overview

We are looking for dependable and skilled Cleaners to join our team serving multiple sites including Aylesbury, High Wycombe, and Luton. This permanent role involves maintaining cleanliness at residential blocks and related properties to ensure a hygienic and pleasant environment.

Key Duties

• Maintain high cleaning standards in designated areas such as site offices, restrooms, hallways, and communal spaces.
• Perform cleaning activities including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and polishing surfaces.
• Collect and dispose of waste properly by emptying bins and transporting waste to designated disposal locations.
• Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are well-stocked and maintained.
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns to the relevant personnel promptly.
• React promptly to any client requests related to cleaning tasks.
• Follow all health and safety protocols rigorously.
• Complete all assigned duties within set time schedules.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous proven experience working as a Cleaner or in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills paired with excellent customer service abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and capability to work autonomously.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, appropriate storage, and disposal procedures.
• Proficiency operating cleaning tools and machines such as vacuum cleaners, floor polishers, and carpet cleaners.
• Physical capability to undertake manual cleaning tasks effectively.
