About the Role

We are seeking a committed Driver to join our Okehampton team, responsible for transporting hazardous waste materials between customer sites. This role offers the chance to manage your schedule independently while delivering excellent service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive between various customer locations to collect and dispose of hazardous waste such as sharp bins, poisons, and dental waste.
• Maintain vehicle safety at all times, adhering to our RI Drive Smart guidelines while operating on the road.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a professional demeanor throughout interactions.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a full UK driving license held for over two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Comfortable performing physically demanding tasks including loading and unloading waste containers.
• An ADR certificate is advantageous but is not mandatory.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Flexible approach to work hours to meet business demands.
• Self-motivated with a positive, proactive mindset.
• Candidates may need to undergo a DBS check depending on specific role requirements.

Benefits and Compensation

• Competitive starting salary of £26,720 per annum, with potential on-target earnings (OTE) of £28,720 including bonuses and commissions.
