About the Role

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, a prominent leader in integrated facilities and corporate real estate management, is seeking a Cleaner to join their Cleaning Services team. This position entails performing fundamental cleaning tasks to uphold the cleanliness standards of both client and company premises.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver daily cleaning services to high-traffic building zones as assigned by the supervisor.
• Maintain bathroom supplies by restocking toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.
• Sweep, vacuum, and mop corridors, restrooms, elevators, and other areas while damp wiping furniture surfaces.
• Clean glass panels and mirrors to ensure a purified environment.
• Secure cleaning materials safely and complete detailed checklists covering designated zones.
• Adhere to standardized cleaning protocols aligned with company policies.
• Follow established guidelines when handling chemical cleaners and operating powered cleaning equipment.
• Participate in routine staff meetings and mandatory training sessions.
• Apply consistent work routines and standards while performing assigned duties.
• Utilize established procedures to address straightforward cleaning issues while exercising limited discretion.
• Maintain continuous safety awareness, conducting dynamic risk assessments prior to, during, and after tasks.

• Capability to meet the physical demands of the role, including bending, standing, walking, stair climbing, and lifting loads within personal manual handling limits.
• Ability to adhere to basic work routines and standards during task execution.
