About the Role

Joining as a Cleaner at our Quick Service Restaurant, you will ensure the premises remain clean and hygienic to deliver a welcoming dining environment. Your duties will cover tidying dining areas, kitchen zones, restrooms, and other specified spots in line with established sanitation protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining spaces by cleaning tables, chairs, and floors to create a pleasant atmosphere for guests.
• Keep kitchen areas orderly and hygienic, including work surfaces, equipment, and floors, complying with food safety regulations.
• Disinfect restrooms thoroughly, including toilets and sinks, ensuring sanitary facilities for both customers and staff.
• Manage waste disposal by emptying trash bins properly while adhering to recycling and rubbish handling procedures.
• Monitor the stock of cleaning materials and report to management when replenishment is required.
• Follow cleaning schedules diligently to sustain consistency and efficiency in daily cleaning tasks.
• Observe health and safety guidelines at all times to maintain a safe workplace and prevent accidents.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Previous cleaning experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with sanitation standards, including safe handling of cleaning chemicals and tools.
• Ability to work independently with efficiency and focus.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness standards.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
