Role Overview

We are launching a brand-new Wingstop restaurant in Dublin! As the General Manager responsible for this new opening, you will have comprehensive responsibility for the successful launch and ongoing management of the restaurant. You will establish the team, shape the culture, develop operational processes, and ensure all aspects of the business run smoothly.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the restaurant opening process.
• Recruit, develop, and nurture a high-performing team.
• Define standards and operational procedures for a successful launch.
• Drive sales performance and operational efficiency from day one.
• Oversee complete operational delivery and cost control.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities.
• Experience with new restaurant openings is highly desirable.
• Possess high energy, a proactive ownership mindset, and enthusiasm.
• Skilled in building teams from the ground up.
