Role Overview

We are launching a brand-new Wingstop restaurant in Dublin and seek an Assistant Manager to play a vital role in this exciting opening. You will work closely with the General Manager to establish and develop a new team, set operational standards, and cultivate a dynamic, high-energy work environment. Your daily focus will include overseeing operations, promoting excellent food quality, swift service, and consistent standards. Your responsibilities also encompass training new team members, leading shifts, and embedding effective processes to ensure a successful start for the restaurant.
