Key Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations management.
• Recruit, direct, and manage store staff to achieve company financial goals.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and quality guest experiences.
• Participate in and complete a paid store leadership training program lasting three or more weeks.

Desired Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma is mandatory.
• Candidate must be willing to relocate within a 50-mile radius of their residence to different store locations as needed.
• Availability for a flexible work schedule, including opening and closing shifts, weekends, evenings, and holidays based on business requirements.
• Pursuit or possession of Serve Safe Food Safety certification.
  • Ability to meet physical demands such as standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in a hot, fast-paced environment with high noise levels.
  • Good verbal communication skills, adaptability, and conflict management capabilities.

Compensation Details
