Cleaner and Caretaker

Job Overview

We are seeking motivated candidates for two full-time, onsite roles in Cambridge: Cleaner and Caretaker. Both positions offer starting hours from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with a pay rate of 14.24 per hour including holiday pay. Initially, these roles are offered on a temporary basis with a probation period lasting between 13 to 15 weeks, after which the roles may become permanent upon successful completion.

Cleaner Role

The Cleaner position requires a dependable and diligent individual who is trustworthy and can work well independently. Working around members of the public and customers necessitates a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Cleaner Requirements

• Proven prior experience in cleaning duties is essential.
• Consistent punctuality and good attendance record are expected.
• Must demonstrate reliability and trustworthiness.
• Friendly and personable attitude when interacting with the public and customers.
• Willingness to commute to Cambridge.

Caretaker Role

The Caretaker will need to be practical, self-sufficient, and dependable, maintaining high standards in the role. The position involves working independently and engaging professionally with the public and customers.

Caretaker Requirements

• Experience in caretaker, maintenance, or related roles is preferred.
• Possession of a full, clean UK driving licence is mandatory.
• Reliable and punctual work approach is essential.
• Must present a friendly and professional manner.
• Comfortable working in environments involving public and customer interaction.
• Willingness to travel to Cambridge.
