This position is suitable for an ambitious Chartered Planner who desires to lead projects, manage a varied workload, and contribute significantly to client relationship development and business expansion. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee planning projects throughout all stages.
• Prepare planning appraisals, applications, and appeals.
• Offer expert guidance to clients.
• Mentor and support junior staff members.
• Represent clients at planning committees and appeals.

Requirements

• Must be a Chartered Town Planner with MRTPI accreditation.
• Possess broad and solid experience in planning.
• Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and insight into development and consultancy sectors.
• Hold a full driving license, though exceptions may be considered.
