The Role
We are seeking motivated and dependable Cleaners for full-time night shift positions at our retail locations. This role suits individuals who thrive in a dynamic setting, possess meticulous attention to detail, and take pride in maintaining hygienic, inviting spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive general cleaning to a superior standard.
- Conduct spot cleaning on furniture and fittings.
- Sweep and mop floors effectively.
- Maintain restrooms ensuring cleanliness and hygiene.
- Collect and dispose of rubbish appropriately.
- Clean glass surfaces inside and outside the premises.
- Dust all hard surfaces thoroughly.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in commercial cleaning preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven ability to collaborate successfully within teams.
- Capability to follow directions and perform tasks independently.
- Strong focus on detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
- Reliable, punctual, and dedicated work attitude.
- Good knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety requirements.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including public holidays if needed.
- Experience operating floor care machinery such as scrubbers, buffers, or sweepers is advantageous.
