Job description
Overview
This cleaning role demands exceptional guest service aligned with the principles of Exceptional Customer Service and the You First program. It involves collaboration with colleagues to adhere to company standards in service, inventory, and property management. The role requires physical mobility to complete assigned duties within designated production and service timelines, along with maintaining a professional appearance and hygiene.
Primary Duties
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize stables, chairs, worktables, and related equipment.
- Ensure all equipment and working areas remain clean, dry, and safe.
- Conduct deep cleaning of all relevant equipment and locations.
- Maintain a sanitary and secure work environment at all times.
- Clean storage spaces diligently.
- Manage cleaning supply usage and report supply needs to management in advance.
- Notify management promptly about any equipment or fitting malfunctions.
- Dispose of garbage and waste responsibly in accordance with protocols.
- Perform all tasks with an emphasis on safety and hygiene standards.
- Identify and report any hygiene or safety hazards to supervisors.
- Devote at least 75% of work time to sanitation responsibilities, such as floor cleaning.
Physical Requirements
- Consistent standing, walking, and hand usage for handling materials.
- Ability to sit and reach as needed during tasks.
- Capability to lift or move up to 60 pounds frequently.
- Exposure to minor risks such as superficial cuts and burns may occur.
Working Conditions
- Occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts and extreme temperatures (both hot and cold).
- Work environment typically exhibits moderate noise levels.
