About the Role

As a Tim Hortons Supervisor in Etobicoke, Ontario, you will lead a sizable team dedicated to delivering exceptional service across dine-in, drive-thru, take-out, and delivery experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Provide leadership and direction to team members to meet shift objectives
- Ensure adherence to food standards and company policies
- Effectively manage and resolve guest complaints
- Maintain a positive, proactive “can-do” attitude
- Exhibit ownership and urgency in task completion
- Collaborate effectively within the team
Preferred Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience, ideally within Tim Hortons
- Food Safety Certification is advantageous
