Civil Site Engineer

Job Overview

Sanvi Vaibhav Developers Llp is seeking an experienced Civil Site Engineer based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The position requires a Diploma in Civil Engineering and a minimum of three years' hands-on experience in site construction or real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpretation and analysis of construction drawings to guide on-site activities.
• Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and clients ensuring smooth project progression.
• Oversee and manage construction teams and labor forces onsite.
• Manage time efficiently to ensure project milestones are met according to schedule.
• Supervise construction quality control measures and enforce safety standards actively.
• Plan, inspect, and oversee material inventory and procurement processes.
• Handle customer interactions directly at the site, particularly in sales-related matters.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Comprehensive understanding of RCC, plastering techniques, and MEP system coordination.
• Strong project coordination and team supervision abilities.
• Familiarity with quality assurance protocols and safety compliance in construction.
• Competence in material management and logistics on site.

Compensation

The offered salary ranges from INR 15,000 to 25,000 per month.
