Civil Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer based in Bengaluru to oversee and manage residential construction projects spanning from excavation through to final finishing stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and monitor construction progress.
• Supervise critical tasks including excavation, foundation setting, RCC works, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and final finishes.
• Interpret and implement structural and architectural blueprints accurately.
• Verify quality, precise measurements, levels, alignment, and craftsmanship standards.
• Collaborate effectively with contractors, site supervisors, vendors, and internal project teams.
• Keep track of material needs and ensure steady site progress.
• Compile and submit daily and weekly reports detailing site activities and project status.
• Ensure all work adheres to design plans, technical specifications, quality benchmarks, and safety protocols.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Diploma, Bachelor of Engineering, or Bachelor of Technology degree in Civil Engineering.
• Have between one and four years of pertinent experience in residential construction.
• Strong understanding of construction processes from foundational work through to finishing.
• Excellent communication skills paired with effective coordination capabilities.
• Possession of a motorcycle/bike is a mandatory requirement due to site mobility needs.

Compensation

The monthly compensation ranges between 25,000 and 35,000 INR.
