About the Role
We seek a Civil Site Engineer to oversee and guide residential construction projects throughout all phases—from laying the foundation to the finishing touches. This role demands comprehensive expertise in site operations, quality assurance, blueprint interpretation, workforce management, and material coordination.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction tasks at residential project locations.
- Supervise construction activities ensuring they align with approved plans and technical specifications.
- Guarantee accurate execution of RCC, reinforcement placement, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, painting, and other finishing processes.
- Interpret architectural and structural drawings to validate construction accuracy.
- Verify dimensions, levels, alignment, reinforcement, formwork, and concrete processes.
- Collaborate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, site supervisors, vendors, architects, and consultants.
- Manage labor force, materials inventory, project progress, and site needs.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and onsite execution challenges promptly.
- Maintain construction quality to reduce rework and minimize material wastage.
- Keep detailed daily progress logs, site measurements, records, and material usage reports.
- Arrange inspections and oversee timely completion of any required corrective measures.
- Enforce project safety protocols ensuring safe working conditions on site.
- Track key project milestones to help ensure deadlines are met.
