Citrix Administrator

About the Role

Freedom Consulting Inc., a technology-driven consulting firm specializing in SAP, Salesforce, digital supply chain, and IT transformation solutions, seeks a Citrix Administrator to join their Singapore office. The role involves managing and supporting Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops environments, handling user issues, monitoring performance, and assisting with system updates and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Citrix CVAD, StoreFront, Workspace, Virtual Delivery Agents (VDAs), and Director.
• Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 troubleshooting and incident resolution.
• Manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Objects (GPO).
• Support VMware, Hyper-V, and overall Citrix infrastructure components.
• Conduct system monitoring, patching, upgrades, and perform health checks to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and assist with disaster recovery efforts.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience in Citrix/VDI administration.
• Proficient in hands-on management of Citrix CVAD, XenApp, and XenDesktop.
• Solid understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with VMware or Hyper-V virtualization platforms is advantageous.
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting is preferred.
• Excellent troubleshooting capabilities along with strong verbal and written communication skills.
