Circle Partnership Manager

Position Overview

The team member will be tasked with planning and implementing both new and existing partnership initiatives across the state level. They will develop market entry strategies for these partnerships and oversee complete operational management, acting as the key account manager for daily business interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute go-to-market programs for partnerships such as MFI (Microfinance Institutions), Dairies, SHGs (Self Help Groups) across the state, working closely with the state sales team to manage operations end to end for the expected results.
• Take full accountability for acquisitions, throughput, and balance metrics from the assigned partnership vertical.
• Drive revenue growth through CMS (Cash Management Services) partners.
• Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring partner satisfaction and smooth communication.
• Develop and maintain sales procedures including Channel SOPs and promoter Week over Week plans relevant to the vertical.
• Strengthen and expand the distribution network infrastructure required to support partnerships within the state.
• Ensure proper deployment and KPI tracking of off-roll manpower across portfolio segments.
• Manage incentive and marketing programs centrally at the state level across all segments.
• Regularly monitor, track, and report on the status and effectiveness of partnership engagement initiatives.
• Gather and implement best practices derived from partnerships to enhance results.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluency in the local language is mandatory.
• Extensive geographic knowledge of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana is essential.
