About the Role
Airtel is urgently hiring a SOHO Sales Executive focused on field sales of new postpaid and WiFi connections. This role involves targeting shops, small offices, and home offices within a 10 to 15 km area of your home, primarily dealing with B2B sales. You'll be responsible for generating leads for new connections, explaining plans, speeds, and pricing, meeting daily sales targets through consistent field visits, and coordinating with the installation team.
Candidate Profile and Eligibility
- Applicants must hold a graduate degree.
- Minimum one year of experience in field sales is preferred, particularly experience with companies like Act Fiber, Excital, Wiom, Jio Fiber, Hatway, TATA, Tikona, VI, Just Dial, PhonePe, Paytm, India Mart, or involvement in B2B/B2C field sales and marketing.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
- Applicants must possess a smartphone.
- Possession of a bike and a valid driving license is mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly in-hand salary ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹26,000 plus incentives.
