Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Chiller Technician to join our Service Team and contribute to our ambitious expansion plans. This position offers independence, intriguing technical challenges, and leadership development prospects through engagement in varied projects.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to system failures and conduct scheduled preventive maintenance.
  • Commission chillers and HVAC units at client locations.
  • Diagnose and fix system faults efficiently.
  • Perform extensive repairs and troubleshooting on reciprocating, screw, and centrifugal systems.
  • Prepare accurate documentation and reports on equipment performance.
  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with customers.
  • Provide operational guidance and training to clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of four years’ experience as a technician in HVAC or industrial cooling environments.
  • Proven skills in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems.
  • Mechanical and/or electrical knowledge relevant to HVAC.
  • Competence in interpreting schematics and producing clear, comprehensive reports.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical and background screenings.
