• Operates as a technology-driven manufacturing group with presence across various European and international markets.
• Currently undergoing a structural transformation from an entity-based model to a streamlined vertical-led Group configuration with shared services.
• Engaged actively in portfolio evolution via mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and integrations, maintaining clear oversight with the Board and lenders on progress.

Role Overview

• Accountable for managing all human capital aspects related to M&A, integration, and reorganisation processes, spanning from initial due diligence to reaching steady operational state, including handling consultations with works councils and unions in multiple countries.
• Directing Group-wide organisational design initiatives to simplify corporate structure, clarify decision-making authority, and redefine reporting hierarchies across the entire organisation.
• Developing and implementing the Group's HR systems along with establishing data and KPI frameworks to support and drive the company’s ongoing transformation agenda.

Candidate Profile

• Accomplished senior HR professional with proven success delivering the HR components of M&A, integration, and divestment activities within private equity, family office, or sponsor-backed environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading Group-wide reorganisations that include reductions in workforce, site consolidations, and operating model modifications, coupled with implementation of a Group-level HR Information System (HRIS).
• Proficiency in business English is mandatory; knowledge of French is preferred. Familiarity with employment laws in France, UK, Germany, and the USA is highly beneficial.
