About the Role
Abdulaziz Al Goraniss Co. is in search of a seasoned Human Resources Manager to fully oversee the company's HR department. This senior executive role, reporting directly to top management, involves comprehensive responsibility for HR strategy, system development, policies, and performance management across the company’s varied business sectors. The position demands a blend of strategic vision and practical hands-on execution, leading and elevating the HR team while serving as a strategic consultant to company leadership on all employee-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire HR function and guide the HR team’s performance and career growth.
- Formulate, implement, and refine HR policies, procedures, and internal controls dynamically.
- Develop and maintain organizational frameworks, job roles, and workforce planning in line with company goals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including manpower planning and onboarding.
- Design and administer performance management systems, including KPIs and appraisal cycles.
- Handle compensation and benefits management, salary structuring, and governance adherence.
- Supervise employee relations, disciplinary measures, grievances, and workplace investigations.
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle covering contracts, attendance, leave management, transfers, and terminations.
- Ensure full compliance with Saudi labor laws, Saudization policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage company interactions and compliance with government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and Muqeem.
- Deliver HR data analysis, reports, and management dashboards to support executive decisions.
- Lead implementation of HR Information Systems (HRIS) and digital transformation projects.
- Plan and monitor training and employee development initiatives.
- Provide well-founded HR advice and risk evaluations to executive management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of progressively responsible experience in human resources roles.
- Demonstrable experience in HR management or leadership capacities.
- Extensive practical HR experience based in Saudi Arabia.
- Deep understanding of Saudi Labor Law and its real-world application.
- Practical knowledge of Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, and similar governmental systems.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
- Exemplary leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- High ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Strong analytical skills along with excellent organizational and reporting capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification from recognized bodies such as SHRM, CIPD, HRCI, or equivalent.
- Experience in establishing or reshaping HR departments within multi-sector or group organizations.
- Previous involvement with HRIS deployment or driving HR digital transformation efforts.
