About the Role
Join Pax8 in Sydney as a Channel Account Manager, where you will partner with managed service providers to boost growth and cloud adoption through our AI-powered technology marketplace. This role goes beyond traditional account management by enabling you to foster significant partner relationships and advance your career in an innovative and rapidly evolving tech market.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of promising partners, nurturing their expansion and enduring success.
- Spot new chances to increase adoption of solutions and launch relevant products and services.
- Assist partners in leveraging Pax8 programs, tools, and educational resources for optimal benefit.
- Serve as a dependable contact for addressing partner queries, challenges, and business opportunities.
- Maintain regular interactions and business reviews to promote scalable growth.
- Promote partner advocacy by encouraging referrals, reviews, and satisfaction feedback.
- Support partner retention and renewal initiatives to reinforce sustained partnerships.
- Ensure accuracy in pipeline tracking, forecasting, and account planning within CRM systems.
- Work collaboratively across teams to deliver outstanding partner experiences.
