CCTV Technician

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled CCTV Technician responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV camera systems and related equipment to ensure optimal video surveillance solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Install CCTV cameras along with DVR/NVR systems and associated hardware.
• Configure IP cameras, set up network parameters, and enable remote/mobile access for monitoring.
• Perform cable installation, termination, and connector management for CCTV setups.
• Conduct tests on cameras to verify video clarity and proper recording functionality.
• Identify and resolve faults in CCTV, DVR/NVR equipment, networking components, and connectivity.
• Carry out routine maintenance and necessary repairs on CCTV installations.
• Visit client sites for installation activities, service tasks, and troubleshooting support.
• Document installation details, service interventions, and usage of equipment accurately.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and engage professionally with customers during service calls.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience with installing and maintaining CCTV systems is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with DVR/NVR devices, IP camera technology, and fundamental computer networking.
• Basic understanding of electrical wiring and usage of hand tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to work independently and travel to various customer locations as required.
• Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is preferred.

Compensation

The offered salary ranges between 12,000 and 25,000 INR per month.
