Overview
The Back Office Coordinator will actively engage with potential customers to comprehend their needs and provide suitable product or service details. This role involves liaising with vendors and suppliers to gather pricing information, verify availability, and clarify product specifications. The incumbent will prepare precise and prompt quotations and proposals, consistently follow up with customers to convert leads into actual sales, and maintain comprehensive records of leads, quotations, and customer interactions. Collaborating closely with various internal teams, the coordinator will help streamline order processing and ensure customer satisfaction. Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with both customers and vendors is key, alongside supporting the achievement of monthly sales targets and broader business goals.
Responsibilities
- Interact with prospective clients to understand their requirements and provide relevant product or service information.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to gather pricing details, check stock availability, and confirm product features.
- Generate accurate and timely quotations and proposals for customers.
- Perform regular follow-ups with clients to turn inquiries into confirmed business deals.
- Keep company records up-to-date with lead, quotation, and customer data.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to facilitate smooth order processing and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
