Role Overview
The Category Assistant - Pantry is a full-time, permanent position based in Favona, Auckland. You will provide vital administrative support to the Buying/Category team, helping improve the product range by maintaining and generating accurate data within the Enterprise Management Systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain precise data and efficiently set up new product articles.
- Manage process workflows primarily in SAP and handle cases in Partner Hub.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
- Prepare important business communications such as award letters and deletion notifications.
- Address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism.
- Work collaboratively to support range reviews and continually enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Highly organized with the capability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commercial awareness and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite tools.
- A keen learner with a curious approach to acquiring new knowledge.
- Deep commitment to delivering accurate information to both internal and external customers.
- Exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Adaptable team player eager to collaborate and open to change.
