Key Duties

• Welcome and assist customers to enhance their shopping experience.
• Accurately and promptly process payment methods including cash, credit, and debit cards.
• Maintain and reconcile cash drawer balances to prevent discrepancies.
• Stay informed about ongoing sales and promotional offers.
• Respond effectively to customer questions, concerns, and complaints.
• Record all sales with accuracy in the system.
• Perform regular inventory checks and ensure records are correct.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store, restock shelves, update displays, and manage price tags when the store is less busy.
• Adhere strictly to company policies and safety and security protocols.

Requirements

• Completion of high school or equivalent education.
• Preferably prior experience as a cashier or in a customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in math and keen attention to detail.
• Capability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with cash register technology.
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays as necessary.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English languages.
