About the Role

We are looking for a warm and customer-oriented Guest Relation Associate to join our beauty retail team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position plays a vital role in delivering outstanding service to our guests, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering their loyalty while actively promoting our brand and product range.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers professionally and warmly.
• Assist customers in locating products and provide details regarding features, pricing, and current deals.
• Address customer inquiries and promptly resolve any complaints or issues.
• Keep the store environment tidy and orderly to ensure a pleasant atmosphere for visitors.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, products, and promotions to offer informed recommendations.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain efficient store operations and cultivate a positive team environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in retail or customer service, preferably within the beauty or fashion sectors.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills coupled with a friendly and approachable personality.
• Enthusiastic about beauty products and eager to stay informed about emerging products and trends.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced setting and multitask effectively while maintaining a positive demeanor.
• Motivated by sales targets with a capacity to meet and surpass them.
• Team-oriented with a solid work ethic and readiness to contribute to collective goals.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
