Key Duties

• Process customer sales efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
• Handle cash and other payment methods with precision and care.
• Assist customers with pricing checks, returns, and exchanges following the company's guidelines.
• Reconcile cash register at the end of each shift and report any discrepancies found.
• Collaborate with other store staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization around the checkout area.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent numerical skills for accurate cash handling and transaction reconciliation.
• Strong customer service abilities including clear communication, patience, and professionalism.
• Basic proficiency with computers and POS systems, with the capacity to learn new technologies quickly.
