Overview

Supermac's at Kennedy Service Station in Monksland, Co. Roscommon is hiring a full-time Catering Assistant. This role demands flexibility and weekday availability, making it unsuitable for students. The position supports the Management Team in delivering exceptional customer service, quality food, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate in various sections including grill, customer service, pizza and sandwich preparation.
• Prepare and serve food adhering to company standards and food safety rules.
• Comply with all food storage, production, and preparation protocols based on training and company policies.
• Provide friendly and efficient service to customers at all times.
• Collaborate respectfully with colleagues and managers, fostering team cooperation.
• Uphold health, safety, and quality guidelines consistently to maintain restaurant standards.
• Be adaptable to support any area of the restaurant as directed by management.
• Handle cash responsibly following prescribed procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the working environment.
