Job Summary
The Cart Attendant plays a key role in shaping the initial and final experiences customers have with our store. Responsibilities include collecting shopping carts from the parking area, using equipment to transport carts inside the store, and ensuring all carts are clean and sanitary. This position requires maintaining a positive attitude under various weather conditions.
Compensation Details
- Hourly wage ranges from $15 to $28 depending on location and conditions, never below the local minimum wage.
- Additional pay may include quarterly or annual performance incentives.
- Premium pay between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour may be provided for certain schedules, seasons, work locations, or types of assignments, with the possibility of stacking multiple premiums.

- Employment types available: Full-Time and Part-Time.
- Shifts include Opening and Morning hours.
