Cart Attendant

Job Summary

Cart Attendants play a key role in ensuring that customers experience a welcoming and pleasant first and last impression when visiting our stores. Responsibilities include collecting shopping carts from the parking areas, operating equipment to transport carts indoors, and keeping carts clean and sanitary. This role requires a positive outlook regardless of weather conditions.

Compensation

• Hourly wage ranges between $15 and $28, meeting or surpassing the minimum wage for the location.
• Additional financial incentives may be provided through annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
• Extra premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be awarded based on work schedule, location, seasonality, or specific tasks.

Work Schedule and Location

This full-time or part-time position primarily involves mid-shift and closing shifts, located at Walmart Supercenter #2111, 5335 Highway 280, Hoover, AL, 35242.
