Job description
Job Summary
As a Cart Attendant at Walmart Supercenter #902 in Greencastle, IN, you will play a key role in ensuring customers receive a positive first and last impression of the store. Your duties include collecting shopping carts from the parking area, using equipment to transport carts to the store interior, and maintaining cart cleanliness and overall sanitation, all while demonstrating a positive attitude regardless of weather conditions.
Compensation
The hourly wage ranges from $15 to $28, guaranteed to meet or exceed the minimum wage requirements for the location. Additional pay may be awarded through annual or quarterly performance incentives. In certain cases, additional premiums from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour can be provided based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may be combined where applicable.
Work Schedule
Full-time positions are available with opening and morning shifts.
