Cart Attendant

Position Overview

The Cart Attendant is responsible for ensuring customers receive a positive initial and final impression of the store. This includes collecting shopping carts from the parking area, operating equipment to transport carts inside the premises, and maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all carts. The role requires maintaining a friendly attitude regardless of weather conditions.

Compensation

• Hourly wage ranges from $15 to $28, guaranteed to meet or exceed local minimum wage requirements.
• Additional performance-based incentives are offered on an annual or quarterly basis.
• Premium pay ranging between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour may be awarded depending on factors like schedule, location, season, or particular duties, with multiple premiums potentially stacking.

• Employment type is full-time.
• Available shifts include Mid-Shift and Closing.
• Work location is Walmart Supercenter #1362 at 15017 Emerald Coast Parkway, Destin, FL 32541.
