Job description
Job Responsibilities
This role involves loading and unloading freight, scanning and sorting cargo within the facility, as well as transporting freight both inside and between different locations.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Preferred minimum education level: high school diploma or GED.
- Knowledge of FedEx Canada operations and Canadian customs regulations is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to successfully complete all initial and ongoing training programs.
- Physical ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver parcels weighing up to 150 lbs using proper equipment.
- Valid full driver's license and a clean driving record.
Working Hours
Standard schedule is Monday to Friday from 5:00 AM to 8:30 AM.
