Career Development Counselor

Job Overview

We are looking for a knowledgeable Career Development Counselor to drive and support initiatives related to employee career advancement, capabilities enhancement, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer expert career counseling and guidance on professional development.
• Assist in creating and managing individual career and development plans.
• Carry out employee evaluations to identify training and development needs.
• Support implementation and management of career pathing and competency development frameworks.
• Organize and deliver workshops and sessions to raise awareness about career development.
• Provide personalized coaching and advice to staff members.
• Contribute to career development programs specifically aimed at national or Qatari employees.
• Analyze career development data and produce relevant reports with strategic recommendations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in fields such as Engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent.
• Postgraduate degree in Business or Human Resources is advantageous.
• Over six years of experience in learning & development or career development roles.
• Proven skills in career counseling, coaching, and group facilitation.
• Experience working with career frameworks, assessment tools, and employee development programs.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages is preferred.
