You'll play a pivotal role in supporting residents through personalised care, promoting their independence and well-being.

Primary Duties

• Assist residents with diverse needs, ranging from companionship to personal care tasks.
• Monitor and manage residents' behaviour with sensitivity, documenting and reporting changes as per legal and regulatory requirements.
• Support residents’ nutritional and hydration requirements, encouraging and helping them maintain their care plans.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities, providing essential physical and mental stimulation both individually and in groups.
• Maintain detailed and accurate care plans aligned with compliance standards.

Qualifications and Attributes

• Positive attitude, strong motivation, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Effective communication skills with the capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Previous experience in a care home setting or a Health and Social Care qualification are advantageous but not mandatory.
