About the Role

This Care Assistant position is based at Cleveland House Care Home in Edgerton, Huddersfield. The role offers a permanent contract with shift options including days, nights, and alternating weekends. Depending on experience and qualifications, the salary ranges from £12.75 to £13.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical, social, and emotional care tailored to the specific needs of each resident.
• Assist residents with varied needs, from companionship to personal care.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and senior care assistants to monitor resident wellbeing and promptly report any changes.
• Maintain clear communication with residents' families, friends, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements and Development

We seek motivated and positive individuals with strong interpersonal skills who understand the importance of personalized care.
