Core Responsibilities

• Assist residents with a variety of needs ranging from companionship to personal hygiene and care.
• Carefully observe and manage residents' behaviours, documenting and reporting changes in line with applicable laws and regulations.
• Support nutritional and hydration needs by encouraging and helping residents to eat and drink following individual care plans.
• Facilitate physical and mental engagement through social activities conducted both in groups and one-on-one settings.
• Keep detailed and accurate care plans compliant with regulatory and legal standards.

Qualifications and Attributes

• Positive attitude, strong motivation, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Effective communication skills and capability to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team.
• Preferred experience includes prior work in care home environments or relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care.
