Role Overview

We are seeking a meticulous Car Washer to ensure every vehicle is spotless and ready for both photography sessions and customer delivery. This permanent, full-time position is based on-site in Sydney, operating Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm at our St Peters location.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough washing, detailing, and drying of vehicles to uphold high visual standards.
• Vacuum and clean interiors to prepare cars for delivery or photo shoots.
• Support additional tasks such as polishing vehicles, removing stains, and maneuvering cars as required.
• Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Exercise careful attention to detail ensuring vehicles consistently impress.

Candidate Profile

• No previous experience necessary; enthusiasm to learn about cars and the automotive field is essential.
• Must hold a valid NSW driver's licence; manual driving skills are advantageous.
• Have a strong eye for detail and be a dedicated perfectionist.
• Demonstrate motivation for skill development and adaptability in a fast-moving environment.
• Reliability, punctuality, and pride in workmanship are required.
