Our diverse team covers various functions including engineering, marketing, buying, and reconditioning entirely in-house. We are seeking an enthusiastic Automotive Assistant to join us in Sydney, who will play an essential role in maintaining our vehicles and ensuring the fleet is always ready for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough car washing, buffing, and detailing to keep vehicles immaculate inside and out.
- Carry out detailed inspections for any damage or issues on Carma’s vehicles.
- Efficiently record vehicle information into our system using an iPad provided to you.
- Assist with relocating cars between production and storage sites to ensure smooth operations.
- Support day-to-day operational tasks, helping maintain an efficient workflow.
Location and Facilities
This position is based at either the Granville or St Peters facilities in Sydney, both of which offer convenient parking and are accessible by public transport such as trains and buses. The workshops are brand new and integrated into a fast-paced and supportive team environment.
Candidate Profile
- No prior automotive experience required; a strong enthusiasm for learning about cars and the automotive sector is essential.
- Must possess a valid Australian driver’s license.
- Demonstrate punctuality and dependability.
- Exhibit exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of the work.
